# Communicating or paying outside Fulcrumbits

To ensure you have the best protection possible in the unlikely event of a dispute, **keep your correspondences and payments within Fulcrumbits**. We equip you with the Milestone Payment System where the Dispute Resolution Service is available, as well as a messaging system which includes text, voice, and video features, for efficient and secure project management within the site.

If you encounter users trying to initiate offsite communication and/or payments, **report them** to us by scrolling down and clicking **Contact Us**. Choose the **Terms and Conditions** issue category, select the chat or ticket option, and provide the following details:

  •  User you are reporting

  •  Project involved

  •  Copy/screenshot of your conversation inciting offsiting communication and/or payments
